Robin Collinson celebrated his 35^th birthday on October 5 with a first-time visit to Crete. The happy visitor enjoyed an outing to Elounda with his girl friend, Catherine, and her parents Andy and Betty, then had a birthday lunch at To Kima in Kokkini Hani. One of his birthday wishes came true, when, after lunch, he watched England beat Australia in the World Rugby tournament.

June and John Field celebrated their 33^rd wedding anniversary with friends at The Doukiani Kafenion in Kokkini Hani on October 12. The happy couple resides in Kokkini Hani, and also have a home in England. They have two daughters, Lucy and Sarah, both of whom are frequent visitors here.

Our own Tony and Christine Bowes, associate editors of The Khronicles, had a joint birthday celebration on Saturday, October 27. Tony is 61 on November 3 and his much younger wife was 59 on October 28. They celebrated with a group of friends over a gourmet Chinese banquet at the Pan Asia Restaurant in Kokkini Hani.
