CUTTING THE CAKE IN ANOPOLI

 

 

Father Kostas Hatzakis and Mrs. Katerina Vitoulathiti, president of The Anopolis Cultural Association, serve up the New Year cake at festivities sponsored by the association and held at the Aghia Triatha Church compound in Anopoli. In addition to the cake, mezethes, prepared on the barbeque at the site, were served. The flouri fell on Maria Veneri-Vasilaki who received an Axion Estin icon, and the vasilopita was donated by Spyridon Sweetshop in Kokkini Hani.
