Gouves Township’s first shopping mall, complete with underground parking, is under construction in Kokkini Hani, according to an announcement made by the Plevrakis Brothers, the builders of the project.

The mall, to be located in the center of the village on the site of the old Neon fast-food complex, will feature 20 shops and several business offices, and will accommodate 70 cars in its below-ground facility, with easy-access ramps.

“With the growth of our demos in general, and Kokkini Hani in particular, we feel the time is right for an important shopping complex of this type,” said Manolis Plevrakis.

He said a wide variety of shops is expected to be located in the center, which is scheduled for completion by mid-summer.
