Karlchen is a10-month old kingsnake residing with Thomas and Anna Schacht of Stalis, who have provided their pet with a terrarium complete with plants, rocks and even a waterfall. At the moment he is 42 centimeters long, and will grow to approximately 140 centimeters. He dines on one mouse a week, and comes out of his terrarium everyday to play by sliding around Thomas’ hand.
