OLIVE OIL COOKIES

 

Baking

 

INGREDIENTS

2 glasses olive oil
2 glasses sugar
1 glass fresh-squeezed orange juice
1 tsp soda
about 1 packet baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup cognac
sesame seeds
about 800gr flour

PREPARATION

In a big bowl, stir in the olive oil and sugar. In another bowl mix the orange juice, the soda, the cognac, the baking powder and the cinnamon and add to the olive oil mixture. Add the flour and shape the dough into cookies, sprinkle the sesame seeds, arrange on a cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes, hot air, at 180C.
