BAKING

Chocolate Cake (moist)

 

 INGREDIENTS

500 gr baking chocolate
100 gr butter
1¼ cups sugar
6 eggs whole
½ cup flour
2 vanillas
2 shots Kahlua

PREPARATION

Melt the chocolate in double boiler. Beat the eggs and sugar together and add to the chocolate.

Add the already melted butter and mix. Add remaining ingredients and pour in a well buttered and floured baking pan. Bake in a preheated oven in 200-220 degrees for 20 minutes.
