THE KHRONICLES
IN FAMOUS PLACES

Margaret Davenport of Glossop, England, reads her copy of The Khronicles in front of

the famous Jodrell Bank Observatory in Cheshire. The observatory, opened in 1957, was the only telescope in the world capable of tracking the Soviet Sputnik satellite when it was launched in October of that year.
