SWEET TALKING

AUTUMN VANILLA COOKIES

INGREDIENTS

1 k all-purpose flour
330 gr butter from milk
330 gr confectionery sugar
90 gr milk
4 eggs
½ tspn vanilla
1 ½ tspn baking powder
½ tspn baking soda

PREPARATION

Whip up butter with sugar well and keep the milk, vanilla, eggs and baking soda stirred in a bowl. As you whip the butter and sugar, slowly add the liquid ingredients. As soon as it becomes a homogenous mix, add the sifted flour and baking powder and stir lightly by hand.

Shape dough into cookies but not very large because they rise quite a bit.

Bake in a medium heat 150-180 C for 25 minutes until they lightly brown on top.
