To mark International Animal Day last month, Pet Planet in Hersonissos, together with ProPhoto Studio, organized a special pet photo shoot to benefit Animal Welfare.

Pet owners were invited to bring their animals to the shop and have them professionally photographed for the nominal price of six euros – with one euro going to the neutering of stray animals.

Petra Kakoudakis-Karreman, owner of Pet Planet, said 17 pets – 16 dogs and one cat – were photographed by Analipsi’s ProPhoto team.

“This was the first time we have had this event,” she said, “but, because of the nice response, we will certainly do it again – next time with more advance notice.”
