A
Caretta Caretta, who had been recuperating for 15 months after medical
treatment for head wounds at the health care facilities of the CretAquarium
in Gournes, has been released to its natural habitat.
After
being appropriately tagged, it was released at the Gournes beachfront, to
the delight of many well-wishers.
The
CretAquarium is currently closed while undergoing
renovations, and is expected to reopen this month with 25 additional
aquariums. |
