A Faithless
New
DVD:
Warner Music entertainment announced the future
release of a new DVD with live
material by Faithless. They are one of the few groups which are in position
to circulate successful dance disks and at the same time showcase impressive
lives.
Faithless have until now headlined
some of the biggest festivals around the world, while in 2007 they began to
fill entire stadiums! The new DVD will include the concert they did at the
B1 Maximum Venue in 2007 in Moscow,
during the first Smirnoff Experience. Their
live was also accompanied by the
Musica Viva Chamber orchestra under the direction of Matthew Scott, and
included a variety of songs from all five of their albums.

U2 Purse Affected By Economic Crisis:
The construction of the tallest building in Dublin, as planned by U2, was postponed due to
the economic crisis. Those in charge of the project stated that hopefully
building plans will be put back on track in the next 12 months. The winning
architectural drawings (in three competitions) were the impressive designs
by Norman Foster from Britain. The construction, expected to cost round 200
million euros, will be the tallest building in the city, with more than 180
apartments and a sale price of one million euros for each. U2 are themselves
among the richest residents in
Ireland
with many other investments throughout the country.

The Bootleg Series,
Vol.8
Tell Tale Signs:
Rare And Unreleased. A small diamond
is added to the pile that Bob Dylan has already given us. The Tell Tale
Signs assembles in two CDs some rare and not-yet circulated songs of the
last two decades, and tries to touch every fanatical collector of the
singer’s works. Other than the
new pieces, there is a tremendous interest in releases of the artist’s older
material. It’s an important collection for a man legend.

Paperwork:
Particularly strange is the new album of
Volcano!, the band from Chicago
that has already given us Beautiful
Seizure in 2005. Their sound mixes elements of classic rock with
post-punk, free jazz and noise rock, obviously revealing the different
influences to the group. Beyond their wide range, the strongest points of
Volcano! are the vocals of front-man Aaron With, that bring to mind Muse’s
falsettos and the theatricality of other big artists.
Paperwork is a rough album, wild
and surprising. In order to familiarize yourself with it, press the repeat
button many times and if you manage to love it, it will pay you back in
kind.
