WHAT DO YOU THINK?

What is your best ever Christmas present?

Dave Bell:

My best present was a gun and holster set, but, not only that, my parents had managed to get the Mexican style cross straps with bullets (fake ones, of course). As I was only six at the time, I thought I was a real Gringo.

Cheryl Sampson:

This may not seem very exciting for other people but when I was a struggling single parent my mother gave me a sack full of household goods and food. It doesn’t sound great, but it meant a lot to me at the time.

Agni Yeoryiathou:

This Christmas I have the best present as I am staying on Crete after living in Germany for most of my life. I love Crete and hope to stay here for a long time, but maybe I'll go back to my home town of Thessaloniki.

Andonis Kaloutsakis:

Well, I guess the best present always has been to have good health . . .  but then came the winter when my twin daughters, Katerina and Irini, were born and that was the best present ever.

Tanya “Cookie” Thompson:

Years ago I had asked my parents for a leather coat.  When I opened my present it was a CD player and, as they had only just come out, I forgot about my coat and could not wait to show it off to my friends.
