PANACOTTA

INGREDIENTS 500 ml fresh milk 1500 ml non dairy whipping cream 300gr real white chocolate 8 gelatin leaves 1 tube of vanilla PREPARATION Boil the milk with the whipped cream and add the gelatin
leaves, chocolate and vanilla. Serve in gelatin forms or one-time-use cups
and put them in the fridge for 8 hours. Take the panacotta out of the form
and sprinkle with shaved chocolate, any type of syrup you might like or
honey. You might further substitute a health chocolate for the white
chocolate and you can add some orange or lemon zest.
