SOCIOMEDICAL CENTRE
IN ALIKARNASSOS




Based on its overwhelming success, the Sociomedical Centre of the Alikarnassos Township will continue its operation in dispensing free services to all citizens throughout the New Year.

According to the latest statistics, last December there were 97 visits from Roma Gypsies seeking social services; 56 visits from children at its Pediatrics centre with 40 vaccinations administered to 20 children and 29 visits to its Pathology centre.

Additionally, a seminar "Read – Write" in learning the Greek language was successfully completed by a full class of students.

Funding for the Sociomedical Centre is made possible through European Union and National resources.
