SWEET TALKING

BAVAROUAZ Pineapple
(sugar free)

 

   
INGREDIENTS

1 litre fresh milk
6 egg yolks
60 gr. fructose
1 baton vanilla
1.5kg. cream 35% fat free
7 gelatin leaves
100-150 gr. fresh pineapple thinly cut

PREPARATION

Heat the milk. In a bowl put the egg yolks, the vanilla and the fructose and whip, until they turn white. Add the mixture to the warm milk and bring to a boil.  Add the 7 gelatin leaves and pineapple and leave to cool at room temperature. Beat the cream and add the cool mixture.

Pour into small bowls or into a round cake tin but first line bottom with plain cookies or pound cake.

Refrigerate for eight hours, and then dust with cinnamon.
