Construction of a modern, multi-level shopping and business mall in Kokkini Hani, complete with underground parking, is set to begin this month, according to its developers, Crete Investments.

 A spokesperson for the construction and real estate company, said the mall, to be called "Kokkini Center," is being built on 3,500 square metres of land adjacent to Spyridon Sweet Shop on Kokkini's main road.

The mall is scheduled for completion in 16 months and will feature eight shops, ranging from 55 to 1200 square metres, seven offices and five office/apartment combinations from 55 to 150 square metres. All units will have storage facilities and most will feature a veranda, the spokesperson said.
