FLEA MARKET PLANNED ON
THE BASE GROUNDS


 



A flea market, with at least 50 vendors to start, is being planned for the Gouves Township, to be held on the grounds of the old base, near the town hall.

Voula Kateridou, organizer of the market, said there are already 50 people interested in participating in the outdoor bazaar.

"We've already received a protocol number from the township, and we are awaiting final approval from the town council," she said. "We're hoping to begin early this year."
