THIS TOURIST SEASON


His Eminence Archbishop Irineos, together with the Gournes parish priests, Fathers Emmanuil and Leonidas, performed the blessing at the start of the 19th Exhibition for Tourist Accessories, Gifts and Folk Art recently held at the International Exhibition Center in Gournes.

Also present at the ceremonies was Angelos Karabikas, centre president, and Iraklion MPs Manolis Stratakis and Lefteris Avgenakis.

Thousands of visitors from around Crete attended the four-day exhibition.
