For the base: 50 gr. brown sugar
PREPARATION Put all the ingredients together
in a bowl and knead till it becomes soft and pliable. Pour in a 22 cm round
cake pan and stretch it out with a spoon. Bake in 170ο
C
preheated oven for 13’, and
then remove from oven and cool well.
For the cream: 350 gr. white chocolate
PREPARATION Cut the chocolate in pieces and
melt together with the oil in 40ο
C. Stir it
into the cream slowly. As soon as it’s mixed, carefully add the gelatin and
continue stirring. Fill the cake pan and refrigerate for about 2 hours.
Garnish with orange marmalade or
strawberry jam and fresh strawberries. Preparation time one and a half hours.
