A summer-long art exhibit featuring the works of three local artists has opened at the gallery of the Dali Café in Anopolis.

Spyros Rokanas, originally from Athens, is showing his ceramic sculptures at Dali.

“Through ceramics, my need for expression unravels and morphs through the magical mixture of water and earth,” he said in describing his work.

Katie Rokana- Kokkinou, who recently completed a popular exhibit of her work at St. George’s Gate, is presenting work that shows the harmonious coexistence of ceramic and stone, as well as other materials, which inspire the artist in her daily life.  

Originally from Iraklion, the third artist, Hrisoula Liokoukoudaki, is offering an exhibit of her photography as art.  She has participated in many photography competitions in the Iraklion municipality.
