With the recent passing of Panos Minadakis in Kokkini Hani, the community
lost a great character and a very popular and well loved man. Panos is best
known for the very popular pizzeria Asterix, which he ran for 25
years, before retiring in 2006. In his professional career he started work
at age 14 as a confectioner before going into the army. Panos leaves behind
his wife, Antonia, four children and five grandchildren.
